2.) Contact info....including email and phone number (what would be the best time to contact you?).

3.) Certificate number.

4.) Certificate amount.

5.) Check out this website for your desired candles....see the Containers or Monthly Specials page(s).

6.) Choose the aroma you desire in your container(s).

Once I review your order, I will contact you to let you know when to expect your order/delivery.

Note: For Mics Karaoke Certificates:  Candles will be delivered to Mics Karaoke on Thursday evenings.
