Guarantee : We are extremely proud of our products and stand behind our quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email and we will make arrangements for return.

Return policy:

You may return an item for refund within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return.  It is recommended that you insure your return; Nettie's Candles cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Packages must be returned prepaid - C.O.D. deliveries can not be accepted.
Your return will be refunded by company check and mailed to the shipping address on the packing slip.

Damaged shipments: All shipments are insured. If your shipment arrives in damaged condition - keep all packaging (including the damaged merchandise) and contact Nettie immediately. I will give you instructions on how to proceed.
